The Harmanpreet Kaur-led Indian side dominated the first ODI, winning by seven wickets. The bowling attack did a superb job to strike at regular intervals to restrict the hosts to 227/7. Alice Davidson-Richards top scored with an unbeaten 50 off 61 whereas Danni Wyatt made 43 off 50.
