Bayern Munich will travel to Bochum as they will try to maintain their perfect start to the Bundesliga this season.
Bochum have had a dreadful start to the new campaign losing both their matches and they are now contemplating a third loss in a row as it would take a lot to scrape out a point against the German powerhouse.
They lost to Mainz 05 in the first match while they also surrendered a two goal lead against Hoffenheim as the latter pounced on to snatch a come from behind victory over the visitors.
Bochum returned to the coveted top flight last season and had a pretty favourable campaign as they finished 13th in the table and would have hoped to replicate their performance this term
But it hasn’t been the case so far and they will be aiming to put an end to their misery with a superlative display against the Bavarians.
Bayern Munich have started the season in its traditional fashion and Bochum could expect some fireworks on Sunday. The Bundesliga champions let Robert Lewandowski leave the Allianz Arena and replaced him with former Liverpool forward Sadio Mane.
Mane has already proved to be a shrewd addition and the Senegalese could definitely be a potent force throughout this season. With the amount of talent Bayern currently possess, there are only a few clubs in the world that could match their quality.
The German giants also roped in Matthijs de Ligt to reshape their defence and the young Dutchman would add some much needed stability to the squad.
Jamal Musiala and Thomas Muller registered their names on the score sheet against Wolfsburg and we could see more players adding their names to the tally.
