Southern Brave, batting second, chased down the target comfortably. Danni Wyatt was the standout performer – she scored 65 off just 34 balls, hitting 12 boundaries and two maximums on the way. Sophia Dunkley also contributed with a knock of 34.

When Invincibles and Brave met in last year’s final, the Invincibles registered a big win. Although they scored just 121 runs batting first, their bowlers did an excellent job to defend the target. Marizanne Kapp took four wickets while Alice Capsey also took two.

Bates is among the most experienced players in women’s international cricket and one of the star players in the Hundred. She brings with her the experience of 131 T20Is, scoring 3531 runs at a strike rate of 110.89 along with picking 50 wickets.

Danni Wyatt – batter, Southern Brave

Danni Wyatt was the showstopper for the Southern Brave in their opening game of the season. She scored 65 runs off 34 balls at a strike rate of almost 192. Although she did not get to bowl in the game, Wyatt is a capable bowler who can win you points with her bowling too. In all, she has played 132 T20Is, from which she has 2107 runs and 46 wickets.

Smriti Mandhana – batter, Southern Brave

One of the best batters in women’s cricket, Smriti Mandhana is another good pick for your fantasy team. She scored 19 runs against London Spirit and will be eyeing a bigger knock in the next game. The southpaw has played 92 T20Is for India, from which she has a batting average and strike rate of 26.40 and 121.98.

Tahlia McGrath – bowler, Southern Brave  

Tahlia McGrath bowled brilliantly in the recent CWG 2022. She picked eight wickets in five games and also scored an unbeaten 78 against Pakistan. In all, she brings with her the experience of 14 T20Is, from which she has a batting strike rate of more than 153 along with 12 wickets.
