Pure Sequence or Straight Run

Three consecutive cards of the same suit are used to form a pure sequence or straight run. The highest straight run is exemplified by A♠️ 2♠️ 3♠️, followed by A♠️ K♠️ Q♠️ and K♠️ Q♠️ J♠️, with 4♠️ 3♠️ 2♠️ constituting the lowest straight run in the Win Patti skill game. Sequence or Normal Run

A pair occurs when two out of the three cards share the same rank, such as A-A-K or Q-Q-J. The least powerful pair is 2-2-3.

High Card or No Pair

A high card or no pair hand comprises three cards that do not fit into any of the aforementioned hand rankings. The best high card hand consists of A-K-J of mixed suits, while the least powerful hand is 5-3-2.

Boot: Boot is the minimum stake put into the pot before the dealing of the cards. This is a bet that every player has to make, and that serves as the beginning point for the pot.

Blind Player: The player who hasn't seen the cards is called a blind player. They play completely, depending on their luck. The blind player's bet is half that of a seen player's bet.

Seen Player (Chaal): A player who has seen their cards is called a seen player. The player makes decisions based on their cards. A seen player's bet becomes double the amount of a blind player's bet.

Fold (Pack): If a player does not want to place a bet, they can fold their hand. This makes the player drop out of the current round.

Show: The term used when players reveal their cards to decide the winner of the teen patti game. This is only allowed when there are two players remaining.

Sideshow (Compromise): If the player plays Teen Patti as a seen player, they can ask the player who bet before them for a sideshow. If the party agrees, both players can compare their cards privately. The player who has the lower hand must fold.

Trail (Set):  The highest-ranking hand in Teen Patti is called a Trail (Set) and consists of three cards of the same rank.

Choosing the dealer

Choose a dealer by drawing a card from the deck. The player who owns the highest card becomes the dealer. Next, place the boot amount. Each player contributes a fixed amount, called the boot or ante. This will happen before the cards are dealt. The pot is the central area where all the players place their wagers.

The Deal

The dealer shuffles the cards, and each player gets three cards face down. The cards are distributed one at a time in a clockwise direction.

Betting

All the players place a bet based on the strength of their hands. In teen patti, the game starts with the player to the left and then goes clockwise. There are two types of rounds - seen and blind. Seen players can choose to bet or fold depending on how their cards are. They have already seen their cards, so they can bet double the amount. Blind players who have not seen their cards yet can also decide to bet or fold, but their bets are lower than the other seen players.

There are three types of betting actions that players can make - Seen, Blind, and Fold. A player can either see their cards and play, go blind, or fold if their cards are not satisfactory.

Show

This happens only when two players are remaining in the game, and one of them asks for a show. If both players are going blind, the player who requests the show has to pay equal to the current stake. If one is playing blind and the other is seen, they have to pay twice the current stake. If both players are playing seen, the player requesting the show has to pay four times the current stake. 

If a player asks for a sideshow and both the players have the same hand, the player that asked for a sideshow has to fold. If a previous player rejects it, the player sitting to the left continues betting. The player having the highest hand combination at the end of all the rounds wins the game.
